President/CEO and Founder of KoHortsRobert has had a long successful career in building and managing start up organizations. With more than 20 years of experience in IT software and services sales Robert’s pasts experiences include sales or sales management positions at companies such as TuringSMI, BMC Software, Saba Software, Kamal Enterprises LLC, Business Objects and Wall Data Inc. Robert is currently the Chairman of MiTN (Michigan Technology Network – Livingston County) and a Board Director with Mobile Technology Association of Michigan (MTAM) where he is an active member.
Robert also holds a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and continues to collaborate with the Telecommunications Department on new and innovative industry solutions.

Board MemberDr. Kamal has a long distinguished career with General Motors where he lead hundreds of PhD researchers in their development of Finite Modeling that is used today in engineering vehicles virtually on computers. He is author of the book, "Finite Element Modeling". Other works of his team include the vehicle that was used on the moon landing, the Sun Racer Electric Car that won the race across Australia, and the concept of the Space Frame that is now used in the production of most automobiles to increase fit and quality while reducing production costs.

His most recent positions include, VP at US Networks and Regional Vice President, Alternate and Specialty Channels for AT&T. In his role at AT&T, Mark led a team of 23 Sales Professionals who managed over 250 Solution Provider firms selling in the AT&T Midwest territory.
